Current app mode
The current release runs in local demo mode. Its cloud database connection and direct DUPR submission are disabled.
Information stored on your device
Court Pilot can store league names, player names, DUPR identifiers, court assignments, sessions, match scores, standings, tournament details, and export history locally on the device where the app is used. This information supports the app's league-management features.
Information we collect
In the current local demo release, Court Pilot does not require an account and does not send the league data described above to a Court Pilot cloud database. Court Pilot does not sell personal information and does not use third-party advertising or cross-app tracking.
Technical update and diagnostic data
Court Pilot uses Expo Application Services to check for and deliver software updates. Expo may process limited technical data, including the device operating system, a randomized non-identifying installation token, and crash or update-failure diagnostics. This data is used for app functionality and service analytics. It is not used for advertising or cross-app tracking and is not linked by Court Pilot to league players or their local league data.
Exports and sharing
A user can choose to create and share a CSV export of completed match data. Sharing occurs only after the user starts the export and chooses a destination in the iOS share sheet. Blank or skipped games are not included. Direct submission to DUPR is not enabled in the current release.
Removing local data
You can replace changes made in demo mode by using Reset demo workspace in Court Pilot settings. Uninstalling Court Pilot also removes the app's locally stored data from that device.
Children's privacy
Court Pilot is a league-management tool and is not designed to collect personal information from children. If you believe a child's information has been entered into the app inappropriately, contact us so we can help.
Policy updates
This policy may be updated when Court Pilot's features or data practices change. The effective date above will be revised when a new policy takes effect.
